How To Buy From S-Team


S-Team Order and Shipping Process

1. First orders of all new customers of S-team  Distributing Inc. are on payment prior to delivery (PPD) terms.  If you chose to pay by credit card, your credit card is only processed when your order is ready to ship. Once credit is established, we offer net 30 day terms.

2. Once payment terms are approved, your order will be shipped according to the directions and date provided by yourself at the time of ordering.  You will have the following options to chose from:

* 2-3 business days (Express shipping)
* 6-10 business days (Regular shipping)

3. Deliveries are made on business days between 9:00am to 5:00pm, from Mondays to Fridays.
4. Holidays can affect pick-ups and deliveries.

*Please note we use Canada Post as our primary carrier as we have found that this is the most cost efficient means for us to get your shipments to you.  However, if you have a preferred carrier, please let us know and we would be happy to accommodate your preferred method of shipping.

Out of Stock Items:
In the event that we are out of a particular style that you have ordered, we will let you know on your packing slip and/or via telephone or email.  Please note, all out-of-stock items will be back ordered unless otherwise specified by you.
